At OG Essentials, we stand behind our products and provide a one-year warranty on the Zero Air Electric Vacuum Storage Jar for electronic and manufacturing defects of the Zero Air (Clear and Onyx Model), electric and vacuum components, inner container and lid. You can register your device here. The One-Year Warranty is void if the electronic vacuum lid electronic components have been in any way opened or altered after purchase, or if there is damage to the unit resulting from misuse, including filling the unit with powdery substances or liquid, storing in any environment besides a cool interior environment with air conditioning (this items is not intended to be stored for long periods of time outside or in heat as that can damage the electronics). The warranty is valid for the original purchaser only, proof of purchase from an authorized retailer is required if not purchased directly from OG Essentials.

If your item’s issue is covered under the Zero Air Electronic Storage Jar by OG Essentials One-Year Warranty, please contact us. Please email us from the email address you used to place your order or include your order number. If you purchased from an authorized reseller, please include your proof of purchase. You will receive a reply within 2 business days to coordinate a replacement. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for processing.

Also, using an electrical converter is not recommended, and doing so voids the warranty of your device (Zero Air Electric Vacuum Storage Jar).

All other OG Essentials products are covered only by our 30 day money back guarantee.  

IMPORTANT NOTE:

The one-year warranty is void if the electronic vacuum lids electronic components have been in any way opened or altered after purchase or for damage to the unit resulting from misuse.

This warranty is void if the product has been damaged by accident, unreasonable use/misuse, neglect, improper service, commercial use or repairs by unauthorized personnel or other causes not arising out of defects in manufacturer’s materials or workmanship. This warranty does not extend to any units which have been used in violation of written instructions in this Owner’s Manual, units that have been used to violate any state or federal laws or to units which have been altered or modified or to damaged products or parts that have the serial number removed, altered, defaced, or rendered illegible.

Warranty Disclaimers: This warranty is in lieu of all warranties expressed or implied and no representative or person is authorized to assume for OG Essentials any other liability in connection with the sales of our products. There shall be no claims for defects or failure of performance or product failure under any theory of tort, contract or commercial law including, but not limited to, negligence, strict liability, breach of warranty and breach of contract.

Warranty Performance: During the above one-year warranty period, a product with a defect will be either repaired or replaced with a reconditioned comparable model (at ogessentials.co option) when the product is returned to OG Essentials. The repaired or replacement product will be in warranty for the balance of the one year warranty period.

In-Warranty Service: Contact OGEssentials.co. Purchaser will be responsible for shipping costs. OGEssentials.co will pay for return shipping. The warranty does not cover damage during your shipping to the service location, please insure proper precautions are taken
