The Zero Air Electric Vacuum Storage Jar has a 1-year warranty. The warranty is valid for the original purchaser only, and proof of purchase from an authorized retailer is required. Registration within 14 days of purchase is required to activate the 1-year warranty on your device if you did not purchase directly from us. Steps to Request a Return

  1. Click here to fill out a return request. Your request must be sent within 30 days from the date of your order.
  2. We will issue a return number and email you return instructions. Ship the entire order back to us with all the products that you received. If you purchased multiple units of a consumable product only one of the units should be opened in order to qualify for a full refund.  
  3. Refunds are processed within a couple days of receiving your return. However, the credit may not show up on your credit card for 3-5 days after processing your refund. You will be refunded via the method of purchase (usually a refund directly to your credit card).

It's that simple. If you aren't 100% satisfied with our products then you deserve your money back.

Due to the generous nature of our generous policy we do strictly enforce the following terms and conditions:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. In the event that a "free shipping" item is returned, $7.95 will be deducted from the final credit to cover shipping costs.
  • Within 30 days of completing your order, you must contact customer service for a return authorization. Returned products without a return authorization number will be refused.
  • We cannot accept packages marked "Return to Sender."
