How long does it take to ship my order?
We use USPS shipping and pack your order by hand to make sure that everything is correct.
All orders are processed within 2 business days and shipped out. Shipping may take about 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

What is the status of my order?
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation and order number that can be used to track your order. You will also be able to use that order number to check if the order has been shipped and obtain the tracking number.

Do you accept returns?
Yes! We accept returns for any reason within 30 days of your order. Just send us an email with your Order Number and pay for your return label. Upon receipt, we will process the refund for you.
